Freeze Dried Soft Caramels

These caramels double if not triple in size giving them a very light and delicate crunch.  When you bite into them you enjoy that initial crunch then it melts into your mouth with that great butter caramel flavor.  Great to add to hot coffee on cold mornings; the caramels just melt in the coffee giving a light hint of caramel to your morning coffee.
